It makes me so damn proud.
And we owe that all to our family- starting from the top. And you are making us proud even inside those prison walls.
You just want to please. But you pleased the wrong people.
Our family has our support and back forever. Did I ever tell you this story? I was walking out after saying goodbye to you when you were in prison in Detroit and this older gentleman walked up to me and hugged me and said…. I will never forget that moment with that man, and I have no clue who his son was. I know your infectious personality and I know you smile at every guy you pass by. Hope this and whoever you asked for letters from gives you comfort and helps you move forward. Love you SO much. Beautifully written Morgan! He had told me that he is really thinking clearly for the first time in many years!
He is so healthy mentally, and is great to see! Enjoy your visit today. Have a safe trip home! Thank you Kim! We chatted about you too. He sure misses you and loves that you write regularly. Morgan — I am filled with tears just reading this. You are quite the writer. Noah is so lucky to have you as a sister and you are so lucky to have him as your brother could feel the love in all you wrote.
I miss Noah a lot and just reading your letter helped me know he is doing well and his attitude is so positive. Give Noah a hug from me. I am almost speechless. This is just the most beautiful post! Thank you so much for sharing. Dearest Morgan, you nailed it. As a friend of your moms and Melly, I know the pain and loneliness they are experiencing. I got to yell hello to Noah and tell him I wanted to be his first painting job when he got out. Thanks for sharing.

Most popular. I can relate to a lot of this having a brother of my own. I cannot count the number of times we have fought but we always seem to make up and love each other in the end. It is cool to see how similar families can be.
I love this story. It presents a good representation of the relationship siblings have. My sister is my best friend as well and I can see some of the things you wrote about in her as well. Being so close in age to your sibling really helps build a great relationship! Great job! This is such a special piece! I was privileged to be a little part of both of you growing. I really like this article Ashli. It really shows what a great relationship you and your brother have.
My brother went to college when I was in third grade so I can relate about not being as close. Ashli, what a wonderful tribute to Dalton. I smiled and had tears to read the love you have for your brother.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and love…. I wanted to express a letter to my brother going through a rough time. And this one touches at the core of a close brother and sister relationship for me.
"A brother is a friend God gave to you; a friend is a brother your heart chose for you." If you've grown up with an older brother like I have, you know the life long. Thank you for being my support system. Thank you for being a great brother. Thank you for being my best friend. Thank you for putting up with.
Thank you for making me tear up with memories. You wrote exactly how I feel. If you want a picture to show with your comment, go get a gravatar. Name required. Email Address required. Speak your mind. Other stories filed under Student Life. One Last Ride.
